Birgit Morawski works in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology and also handles mandates from the fields of medical technology and material sciences. With her many years of experience as patent attorney, she prepares patent applications in the fields of polymer chemistry, materials technology, process chemistry or biotechnological processes, for example, and handles the grant proceedings before the relevant patent offices in Germany and abroad. Furthermore, she represents our clients in all instances before German courts. With many years of experience from her scientific career, Birgit Morawski also advises renowned universities on the filing and enforcement of patents.
