Richard Schild studied mechanical engineering and focused on robotics, product development and drive engineering for mobile machinery. Further, he did internships in the fields of robotics and control of electric drives. During his patent attorney training, Richard worked with a boutique law firm focusing on computer-implemented inventions, inhalation technology and medical devices. At Maikowski & Ninnemann, he advises clients in patent matters regarding various fields of technology, with a focus on mechanical engineering, communication technology and software. He drafts patent applications in these fields and assists both in grant proceedings and contentious proceedings.
