To strengthen our team at our offices in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a patent attorney candidate (m/f/d) with a specialization in physics, electrical engineering, computer science or mechanical engineering, and at our office in Leipzig for a patent attorney candidate (m/f/d) with a specialization in chemistry or biochemistry.

The training of patent attorney candidates is a central concern of the patent law firm MAIKOWSKI & NINNEMANN. According to the firm's philosophy, new partners should be selected from patent attorney candidates trained in the firm. Successful candidates thus have excellent prospects for the future and can benefit from a high level of training, to which we attach great importance.

We offer our patent attorney candidates the opportunity to work on various intellectual property cases. These include not only patent and trademark proceedings before the national and European offices, but also infringement proceedings before the relevant German courts. Personal appearance before the office and the court as well as direct client contact are a matter of course for us during the training of our future colleagues.

We expect a high level of commitment, excellent final grades, very good knowledge of German and English and a profound technical knowledge, coupled with the pleasure of a linguistic confrontation with complicated issues.
